Terms and conditions governing your access to and use of PropsBox and our purchased services in Saudi Arabia.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PropsBox website and your purchase or use of services provided through PropsBox.
PropsBox is operated by Props Entertainment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By accessing our website, submitting an order, purchasing an Online Solution, or using a PropsBox service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
PropsBox provides entertainment, activation, event, digital, interactive, and related solutions.
Certain services may require customization after purchase, including the preparation or integration of:
- Brand identity
- Logos
- Images
- Marketing materials
- Messages
- Event-specific content
- Customer-specific configurations.
2. Orders
Submitting payment does not remove PropsBox’s right to verify:
- Payment status
- Order information
- Service availability
- Customer information
- Event information
- Fraud or security concerns.
3. Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes, where applicable:
- Name
- Phone number and alternate phone
- Event date
- Company details
- Brand materials
- Project requirements.
4. Event Date and Preparation Time
Certain services require a minimum preparation period.
The minimum preparation time displayed during checkout forms part of the order requirements.
The customer is responsible for selecting an eligible event date and providing all required content and approvals within a reasonable period.
Delays caused by late customer submissions, approvals, brand materials, or instructions may affect delivery timelines.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on PropsBox are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, fees, discounts, or other charges will be shown or applied where required.
The final amount confirmed by PropsBox when an order is created is the authoritative amount payable for that order.
If a pricing, technical, or service-description error is discovered before completion of the service, PropsBox may notify the customer and provide the appropriate available options in accordance with applicable law.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
PropsBox does not intentionally store complete payment card credentials on its servers.
An order will not be treated as paid until payment is successfully confirmed by the relevant payment provider and verified by PropsBox.
The customer is responsible for using a valid and authorized payment method.
7. Promotional Codes and Vouchers
PropsBox may issue promotional codes or vouchers from time to time. A voucher may:
- Apply only to selected services
- Require a minimum order amount
- Have a maximum number of redemptions
- Have a start date or expiry date
- Offer a percentage or fixed-value discount
- Be deactivated or withdrawn when no longer valid.
8. Customer Materials and Content
Customers may provide PropsBox with logos, images, text, trademarks, brand materials, or other content for use in providing the purchased service.
By providing such materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and authority to use and provide them.
The customer grants PropsBox a limited right to use these materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, configure, deliver, and support the requested service.
The customer remains responsible for obtaining any required intellectual property rights, permissions, or approvals for content supplied by the customer.
9. PropsBox Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PropsBox retains ownership of its software, platforms, technology, source code, templates, processes, systems, designs, concepts, technical methods, know-how, and existing intellectual property.
Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of PropsBox technology or intellectual property unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Changes and Project Requirements
Some services may require technical or creative modifications based on venue conditions, customer requirements, equipment availability, technical limitations, or safety considerations.
PropsBox may recommend reasonable changes required to deliver the service properly. Material changes affecting the nature or cost of the order will be communicated to the customer where appropriate.
11. Customer Approvals
Where customer approval is required for creative work, branding, content, configuration, or event materials, PropsBox may rely on the approval provided by the customer or the customer’s authorized representative.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional cost, changes to delivery dates, or both.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. Third-Party Services
Some PropsBox services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, cloud services, communication providers, venues, internet connectivity, and other technology or event suppliers.
PropsBox will take reasonable steps to provide the purchased service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party infrastructure outside PropsBox’s reasonable control.
14. Service Availability
PropsBox may temporarily suspend website functionality or specific services for maintenance, security, technical updates, emergency repairs, or legal and regulatory requirements.
Where reasonably possible, PropsBox will seek to minimize disruption.
15. Force Majeure
PropsBox will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including events such as:
- Government restrictions or directives
- Natural disasters and extreme weather
- War or civil disturbance
- Major network or infrastructure failures
- Venue closure by authorities or landlords
- Widespread telecommunications disruption
- Other force majeure events recognized under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PropsBox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Communications
By placing an order, you agree that PropsBox may contact you using the contact information you provide for matters relating to:
- Your order details and updates
- Payment and invoice confirmation
- Event arrangements and logistics
- Service delivery and technical coordination
- Customer support and feedback.
18. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy published on the website.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and through the competent authorities or courts where necessary.
20. Changes to These Terms
PropsBox may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on the website will show its effective date.
Changes will not reduce rights already granted to consumers where such rights are protected by applicable law.
